Some of you may have noticed the discreet changes happening at this lovely old homestead on 120 Humphries Rd, Mt Eliza. Niamh and Alasdair moved into their beautiful home in 2006 after moving from Ireland and the UK in 2005. Their move inspired some big changes in their lives and here they are living and loving the Australian dream!
Niamh graduated as a General Nurse in the early 1990s and worked at the UK’s leading cosmetic clinic for many years where she witnessed first hand the benefits that Endermologie offered her clients. Having identified the need for an affordable solution to cellulite in the local area, and knowing that the results of treatment vary depending on the therapist, Niamh started Peninsula Endermologie as a specialised service with a focus on superior customer satisfaction and real results.
Endermologie is a 100% natural, non-invasive and painless technique used to successfully treat cellulite, improve circulation (blood and lymphatic), reinvigorate skin tone and assist with body re-contouring. It has also been proven to offer relief of symptoms of fibromyalgia, lymphoedema and scleroderma as well as minor muscle aches, spasms and DOMS (‘delayed onset muscle soreness’ caused by strenuous exercise). Endermologie is used by almost 200,000 people every day and is considered the number one cellulite treatment worldwide.
Alasdair has been coaching friends at his purpose-built garage gym for a couple of years now, but has opened it up to new members who want to get fitter, faster and stronger. CrossFit Mt Eliza use the most effective training methods available to help you reach your maximum potential and get you in the best shape of your life.
Alasdair promises you’ll get awesome, tailored workouts to ensure all-round strength and fitness, and he guarantees you'll never get bored.
